Shipping Destinations - We ship worldwide – but mostly to the following countries: Unites States, Germany, Canada, UK & Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Switzerland, and to other EU countries.
Shipping Duration - Most of our products ship direct from the manufacturer and suppliers who are based in Europe and China. Shipping times vary, but most orders arrive within 10 - 25 days. In extremely rare cases it can take longer. If after 60 days, you still haven't received your order, we will escalate the matter to our tier 2 support team and refund your money, no questions asked.
After placing your order, please allow 2 - 3 business days for our fulfillment warehouse to process and ship your goods. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a delivery tracking number along with an estimated delivery date.
Your local carrier will take over the delivery of your package once it lands and passes through customs. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Package Delivery - Since the products you order on our Website may be fulfilled and shipped from several locations, multiple orders may arrive separately. Please be rest assured that your package(s) will be dispatched and delivered to you as soon as possible.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.
